Practice nurses and health care assistants

Sisters Elaine Robinson and Alison Dodd are available for advice, minor ailments and injuries, foreign travel vaccinations, blood tests, ECG's, health checks, ear syringing, contraceptive checks and injections. Elaine Robinson is our nurse practitioner and able to prescribe; Alison will get help from a doctor if this is required. They help manage health problems such as asthma, diabetes, high blood pressure and others. Ask at reception for an appointment. They are assisted by 2 health care assistants, Maureen and Lorna. We have 2 receptionists, Sandra and Pam, who are also qualified to take blood tests.
