OUT OF HOURS SERVICE

If you need to contact a doctor out of the usual surgery hours please ring 111. This service was introduced on 2 April 2013 and is known as NHS 111. 

The telephone operator will ask you some simple questions to determine the type of service you require and will either advise you on what to do or arrange for you to be seen or visited by a doctor.

Please note: this service is commissioned separately by the Care Commissioning Group and NHS England and provided by Vocare and not by the surgery. More details of this service are in the attached Frequently Asked Questions list.
